Understanding your body is a kind of self-awareness because cells are alive and context-aware. When our body is under pressure and stress, it disturbs our body system. To fix our problem, we need to reconnect our cells together and knowledge the factors which causes problem and let them go. In this way, we can connect our cells, in particular commander of our body(brain), to our body. It helps our body to heal faster. In this way, we can increase our self-esteem and our self-respect.
